🤔Why build another emoji thing?
Because most emoji tools answer “what does this character mean?” VibeCombos answers a different question: “how do I say what I mean?”
The job isn't to list 3,000 emoji. The job is to take a sentence from someone's head — “cute love but not too romantic”, “something for my Discord name”, “a sad mood for a caption” — and hand back something they can paste immediately. Emoji, symbols, kaomoji, or a full combination.

🔍 Search → Copy
The first 30 seconds. If the result isn't relevant, nothing else matters. This build combines query match, intent, mood, and curated popularity signals.
📋 Copy → Return
Someone comes back. Core interaction history stays in the browser unless enabled locally. Consent-based aggregate analytics helps reveal pages and searches that need improvement without creating an account.
🖼️ Result → Share
A share card turns one good result into a small piece of distribution. The brand travels with the image.
🔗 Share → Search
With a production backend, new searches could enrich the expression graph. That is the long-term direction, not a live claim about this demo.

⏳What comes later (not in MVP)
AI expression generation, user-published combinations, a marketplace, an API, and premium tiers. None of that before we've proven people search, copy and return. Per the PRD: don't build the platform before the loop works.
📝Honest notes
The dataset here is curated and modest by design — quality over a million thin pages. Trending numbers shown on the site are seeded demonstration data until a live analytics source is connected. Unicode characters are part of the public standard; we don't redistribute copyrighted emoji artwork.
